A very courteous young man by the name of Dustin called on me. I signed the contract and told him there was no hurry, since they were so booked up with the ice storm here in the state. Approximately three weeks later I started having severe sewer problems and called Dustin and told him of my problem which was on a Friday. The next Monday, he had a crew out and they did a beautiful job cutting down a 50 year old tree and the trimming of five other trees. One of your men by the name of Jessie, with his crew came and got the work started and also a crew from Florida. They had been helping with the other storm related problems. As one of the men said "when we get through, you won't know we have been here", speaking of cleaning up the debris. I just want to commend your company for the quality of workmanship you have representing your company. Even your lady who answers your phone was very courteous and very pleasant. I live in a home in the Park Glen area in Fort Worth, Texas. Today, your crew was out cutting the rest of our trees from the snow storm we had. I have never seen any work crew work as hard as yours - that' not that part that was special though. I happen to run a family childcare in my home and the kids could not stop watching from the door. One of your guys took the time to show the kids the mulch and the whole crew waved to them. My girls found no interest in the guy in the bucket going up but the boys sure did. The time for the kids lasted only about one minute of their whole time - but that one minute impacted them, that is all they have talked about today. Plus, I was able to teach a lesson from this today, we talked about trees and how they impact us and how the mulch would be used in gardens and so on. However, I got a valuable lesson today also; there are still people who take the time for others. If I ever find someone needing your services, yours will be the first one I recommend. The system covers a large area from State Line on the West to Wornell Road on the East, and Santa Fe Drive on the North to 125th Street on the South. Several in-street islands, three entrances, are included in the system. The current system of five water mains, five back flow valves, six controllers activating 99 zones, with over 500 sprinkler heads controlled by 58 electronic valves. The original system was installed in sections as the development was completed over a ten year time span. We were left with no blueprints, a variety of controllers, valves and sprinkler heads from different manufacturers, and no way to understand the complexity of our problem, nor any way to balance the system. An insurmountable budget requirement was anticipated to replace the system. There appeared to be no expertise evident from previous attempts to standardize the system. Arbor Masters Tree & Landscape was recommended to us, and confirmed by the Course Superintendent at Blue Hills Country Club, the area surrounded by or development. Over the last three years, the expert people from your organization have mapped our system, standardized the controllers and sprinkler heads, and balanced the water usage within the total.
