Kansas City Arbor Masters® Team |  | Ron Keith is CEO/Founder of Arbor Masters Tree & Landscape® Inc., a regional provider of residential/commercial tree and grounds maintenance services, headquartered in Shawnee, Kansas. Ron is a third generation owner of the company that just celebrated 50 years in the business. He has been involved in the tree care industry since a young age performing all phases of the business. Under his leadership, the company has more than tripled and now has operations in four states and seven locations with multiple service lines, including national storm and debris clean up. Ron is very active in the tree industry and an active supporter and recent board member of the Tree Care Industry Association. He enjoys mentoring other small tree care companies throughout the U.S. Ron is an excellent speaker known for his down to earth style and sharing practical tips and techniques from his years of hands-on leadership. He is very active in his family life and enjoys vacationing with his three daughters and wife. Ron's favorite past-time is road course racing (SCCA) and dirt track racing. Ron's main goal in life is to create an environment where others may succeed. Ron gives all the credit of his success to his wife and the long time staff! |
|  | Mark Cantrell, ISA Certified Arborist, joined Arbor Masters® in 1988 and is currently the Branch Manager for the Residential and Commercial Tree Division. His 35 years’ experience with the tree care industry, unique ability to multitask both residential and commercial sales, supervising a team of 25 plus people all while ensuring customer satisfaction and crew safety, makes him a valuable asset to the Arbor Masters family. Whether it is a small residential job or land clearing for a commercial project, Mark has the experience and manpower to get the job done. Off the job, Mark is a talented musician and shares the love of horses with his three daughters. |
|  | Lisa McGrew has been with Arbor Masters® since 2006. As a ISA Certified Arborist, she enjoys both the tree trimming/removal side of the tree care industry as well as the diagnosis and treatment of tree diseases and pest issues in the urban landscape. Lisa says, “Managing crews, working closely with fellow Arbor Masters® associates, meeting with customers to help them make informed and educated decisions about their tree and landscape needs keep the tree care business challenging, exciting and rewarding. | | | Brian has been an ISA Certified Arborist for 18 years. After owning his own tree service company for 16 years, Brian joined the Arbor Masters® team in 2008. His hands on experience with working with crew members and consulting with customers is truly an asset. | | | Karen Schweiger joined the Arbor Masters® team five years ago. As Project Coordinator for the Tree Division, Karen is instrumental in keeping the sales representatives and crews organized and well informed. In addition, Karen is in charge of all safety practices for the Tree Division and makes sure safety is a priority for our crews and customers . She enjoys talking to customers and educating them on the value of tree care and the many services Arbor Masters has to offer. |
| | | Chad Gilliland, Division Manager for the Plant Care and Commercial/Residential Landscape Maintenance Division is a Certified Arborist and member of the Arbor Masters® team since 1998. A graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Natural Resource Management/Forestry, Chad is an ISA Certified Arborist, Past President and vice President on the Board of Directors for the Kansas Arborist Association and holds a Certified Commercial Pesticide Applicators License. Married with two children, Chad and his family enjoy spending time tending their ¼ acre vegetable garden, fruit tree orchard, bee keeping and raising a host of chickens, ducks and geese! In his spare time, Chad is a Cub Scout/Boy Scout den leader, coach for multiple grade and middle school football and soccer teams. An avid hunter, Chad tries to find time in-between work and family to chase his dream of landing a 30 point buck! |
| | | Pat Pinkerton is the Landscape Division Manager of the Kansas City office. He has been in the landscaping/irrigation industry since 2000 and has been with Arbor Masters® since 2006. Pat started his career in Omaha, NE while attending ITT Technical Institute where he studied drafting/AutoCAD. He worked for an irrigation vendor designing irrigation systems for contractors. After 2 years, he moved to Wichita, KS, the area he is originally from, for an opportunity to work for one of the biggest irrigation contractors in the state of Kansas. While there he designed & estimated all of their commercial irrigation systems. After 4 years, Pat moved to Kansas City to start a career with Arbor Masters®. Pat has held several positions at Arbor Masters® including commercial estimator, project manager and production manager before moving to his current role of Landscape Division Manager in 2009. Pat is very dedicated and passionate about this industry. He enjoys all of the people that he works with, as well as all of the long-term relationships that he is able to create with customers/contractors. All of these things, along with his extensive experience and knowledge, make him a great asset to the Arbor Masters® team. |
| | | Bill Renaud is Arbor Masters® Tree & Landscaping’s sprinkler system expert. Bill has been installing and servicing sprinkler systems for over 15 years. He has been employed with Arbor Masters® for 6 years and currently holds the Kansas City’s Irrigation Department Managers position. His accreditations include: Irrigation Association’s, Certified Irrigation Contractor and Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor, American Society of Sanitary Engineering’s Certified Backflow Prevention Tester. Bill and his beautiful wife Emily have two young sons. |
| | | Tom Kolarik began his career as Landscape Designer for Arbor Masters® thirteen years ago. Tom has a degree from Kansas State University in Landscape Architecture and is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and Prairie Gateway. Tom’s experience in construction administration allows him to plan, coordinate and budget time and resources efficiently. In addition, Tom is experienced in the installation and maintenance of native landscapes as well as bio-swales, bioretention basins, wetlands and stream restoration. Recent projects include K-State Innovation Campus Bioscience Park, Prairie Star Parkway landscape, Shawnee Mission Medical Center and the Kiowa County Hospital, Greensburg, KS. |
| Ocala, Florida Arbor® Masters Team | | | Jay Hager, ISA Certified Arborist has been with Arbor Masters® for over six years. When Arbor Masters purchased Conrad Tree Service in Ocala, FL, Jay headed up the initiative to run the branch office. This year, Jay added the Lawn Care Division that focuses on Lawn, Shrub and Tree spraying. Jay and his wife have two small chidren. | | Arbor Masters® Tulsa, OK Team | | Chuck Ulrich is the Branch Manager of the Tulsa, OK office. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Forestry and a Bachelors Degree in Horticulture from the University of Missiouri - Columbia and has been in the professional arboricultural industry for twenty-five years. Chuck is an ISA Certified Arborist and has been with Arbor Masters® since 1995. This fall, he will receive his TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety certification. | Arbor Masters® Fort Worth, TX Team |  | Glen Jennings, Branch Manager for the Fort Worth, TX office has been in the tree care industry for over 30 years. Glen began his career with Arbor Masters® Tree & Landscape in Kansas City in 1990 as a tree climber. Glen has held several positions with Arbor Masters® including Foreman, Safety Manager and Sales Representative before moving to Fort Worth in 2008 to open a the new branch office. Glen is an ISA Certified Arborist and Tree Care Safety Professional. The Fort Worth office is accredited by the TCIA and a proud member of the Better Business Bureau of Texas. |
